Energy flow bodywork sessions work with the client to embrace all aspects of the individual with different techniques to remove energetic blockages from the body. As a result, dense, old, and stagnant energies get cleared on many levels (cellular, body, and soul). Techniques are applied with great care and compassion. During a session, clients can experience deep relaxation, changes in emotions as they release, body temperature can shift, tingling throughout the body can be felt, and a rushing of thoughts or vivid imagery can appear. For example, if I"m connecting with a client for trauma release through breath work, the client can have an arousing sensation when combined with my energy. At the end of the session, I'll suggest techniques to integrate into your daily life to continue healing and better understand your path moving forward. Energy flow bodywork sessions are Fri-Sun
