All purchases of Services using credit cards, debit cards, square payment, Wix payment accounts, or other payment mechanisms shall only be made by the card or account holder. At Sheer Divine Insight, we want you to enjoy and benefit from your Readings and all services. Sheer Divine Insight makes every effort to provide you with helpful advice. ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE

For my readings, the person booking the reading is to take full responsibility in making sure that anyone else attending with you will also have read this disclaimer prior to the reading.
Readings should not be used as a substitute for any Professional, Legal, Financial, Medical, or Psychiatric advice or guidance. I am not able to read for children and young people under the age of 18 years of age.
If you are receiving treatment for a psychiatric or psychological condition, you may wish to consider my healing services or coaching sessions, instead of as it will not be appropriate for me to offer you a Mediumship Reading and I will advise you accordingly. Together we will work on creating a package for you.
Any demonstration of Mediumship, including private readings, is a form of experiment, no claims are made, and there is no guarantee of a personal message or evidence. Your loved one you wish to speak to may not come forward during a reading.

Oracle Card readings are intended to provide love, guidance, and healing and not a tool to tell fortunes. In undertaking this service, you are doing so with your free will.
I have to advise you that when I provide Oracle Card Readings, I am doing so with the intent to offer guidance and healing intentions in situations that are affecting you in your current situation. With this in mind, this comes under the Consumer Protection Regulations, and to meet this law, I have to advise you that this is "For Entertainment Purposes Only."
I am not able to read for children and young people under the age of 18 years of age.

When enrolling in any Reiki courses and/or booking Reiki, and Reiki Distance Healing from Janet Donielle, Reiki Distance Healing, you are agreeing to the following.
I fully understand and accept the following conditions:
REIKI (also known as "Usui Reiki Ryoho") is a natural method of energy balancing for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation. It can involve "the laying on of hands." Although this is not required for Reiki to be effective.
While it can be used entirely on its own, it is not meant as a substitute for medical or psychological, diagnosis, and treatment.
It can readily compliment other forms of therapy. It is recommended you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional to reach a diagnosis for any physical or psychological ailment you may have.
Whilst Reiki complements and can be utilized alongside conventional prescribed medicines and treatments; I fully understand that Reiki and/or Reiki Distance Healing should not be used as a substitute for appropriate medical or veterinary diagnosis and/or treatment.
Janet Donielle, or anyone representing her, is not a medical practitioner or veterinarian and is unable to diagnose any illnesses or conditions.
I have chosen to enroll on a Reiki course and/or receive Reiki or Reiki Distance Healing either for myself or wish Reiki Distance Healing to be sent to another person(s), animal(s) or event(s) of my own free will.
I will make all people aware that I have ordered Reiki Distance Healing sessions on their behalf and will refer them to this disclaimer, which applies to any other person(s) who receive Reiki as much as I accept it applies to myself.
Janet Donielle, or anyone representing her, has not made any promises as to the outcome of Reiki and/or Reiki Distance Healing and has not indicated that Reiki can cure or remedy any illness or condition.
I fully accept that following my enrollment on any one of the Reiki courses, I will not make any diagnosis (unless I am suitably qualified to do so) and will not make any claims that Reiki can cure or remedy any illness or condition.
I understand that it is recommended to seek useful medical or veterinary advice for any physical or psychological ailment that I, any animal, or anyone else I give Reiki to (following completion of one of the courses), or I have booked Reiki Distance Healing for, may have. I further understand that it is a legal requirement that all sick and injured animals should be seen by a qualified veterinarian.
Any prescribed medication will continue to be taken by any person or animal receiving Reiki from me or via Reiki Distance Healing unless advised differently by a suitably qualified doctor, physician, or veterinarian.
Any children under the age of 18 years old must have written consent from their parents/guardians and would have fully understood this disclaimer.

PRIVACY ACT
We know that the privacy of your personal information is important to you. The personal information you submit to Sheer Divine Insight is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of these Terms of Use. To the extent there is any inconsistency between the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall govern.
REFUSAL OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to refuse the provision of Services to any person for any reason. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action against any person who commits fraud, or otherwise violates applicable laws, on our Sites or using our Services. Furthermore, a reader has the right to terminate the provision of Services at any time if a customer’s comments and/or behavior are deemed by the reader to be inappropriate, abusive, or threatening. Readers will report the termination to Customer Service, and such a customer may be denied future access to the Sites and/or Services. Any such inappropriate behavior to us shall not be deemed a violation of our Privacy Policy.
